From Grimes' 'Art Angels', her fourth studio album, she's taken a huge artistic turn in her creative output when it comes to this master piece collaboration with Janelle Monáe. They completely compliment each other and it's unmistakable the work that's been put into this recently released video that dropped last Thursday. The visuals are spectacular, playing on a mix of influences from both artists, as well as the sound that pays a bit of a homage to Grimes' 'Kill V. Maim' and other select pieces of her newer work.

These two futuristic warriors are taking over the music world and we can only hope this means there will be more work created while they collaborate.

Why you looking at me now? Why you looking at me again? What if I pulled my teeth? Cut my hair underneath my chin Wrap my curls all around the world Throw my pearls all across the floor Feeling my beat like a sniper girl

From the Grimes official Instagram, when she announced the music video release, "sometimes it feels futile to be making art in this cruel and extreme political climate, but some of the brightest moments of the last few months for me and for a lot of you, i suspect, have come from seeing @janellemonae 's amazing and positive vision of the future, especially when we are being introduced to so many possible dystopian futures. Thanks to for giving so much time, energy and creativity to this project 👁👁👁 as a director editor, creative director i also feel like is my strongest work, and i can't wait to share w y'all. thanks @tidal for being amazing patrons of the arts!! and @route_eleven !🤘🏻my amazing team!
