No, you're not imagining things!
SZA might have been dropping hints via Tame Impala while performing at the Governor's Ball Music Festival in NYC.
This is what Pitchfork had to say about the allegations:
"This summer, Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker and Mark Ronson performed a joint DJ set at Governor’s Ball Music Festival in New York City, where they debuted an unreleased collaboration with SZA. At the time, it was reported that the Ronson and Parker had “eight or so new songs” together in the pipeline. Now, it seems like SZA is on more than one of those unreleased tracks. In a new interview with the Los Angeles Times, the singer discussed her influences, as well as the fact that she’s working on more material with Ronson and Parker. “I listen to Stevie Nicks. I love classical jazz. I love folk. I love rap. I love Modest Mouse. I'm making an album with Tame Impala and Mark Ronson,” she said. Pitchfork has reached out to reps for SZA for more information."
