Could you introduce yourself?  


I’m Levi Berishvili, I was born in Racha, magnificent region of Georgia, interest in music I had from childhood, I've been interested in music since my childhood.

 

What’s your life philosophy?  How do you try to apply that to your work? 


Think it was my dad's influence on me when he listened Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd CDs with me, I connect my love and feelings to the music, so that is the answer.

 

How did the name Tom Wild come to be? What's the story?


I can't imagine my childhood without my little brother with who I've spent my entire life, we played together and the best part of the day was watching cartoons. In that period everyone's favorite cartoon was Tom&Jerry, the relationship between cat and mouse kinda looked like our relationship because every time we were running in the garden, through the house and finally victory was always on my side. This name (Tom) has always been on my mind and I think that fact had influenced on me to make my music name.

 

How does your environment influence your creative direction?

 

I tend myself to be a really lucky man because of the environment where i lived,My hometown and its wonderful nature, the community around me-the warmest people in the world helped and inspired me to continue doing my job,Everyone who has ever been to  my hometown will understand how the nature can inspire you to create completely different and  new things.

 

Could you tell us a bit about your latest track, "Is It A Crime"? What inspired this particular project?

 

This track 'Is It A Crime' is all about tribute to Sade, Sade is my favorite singer so this is all about this tune.

 

Could you walk us through a day you would deem perfect?


Just wake up, write songs, sleep its all about my lifestyle.

 

How does hip hop and funk inspire your current self expression? Who are a few of your biggest influences?


Hip hop was main reason why I started to make house music.

 

What are a few of your goals for the upcoming year?


Release EP on CD format, learn how to play live set, play my sets in main Clubs in Tbilisi, Promote my own Label, learn how to mix with CDJ-s and Vinyl-s.

 

What makes you happy?


When People is raving on my music, it makes me happy.
