Troye Sivan's 'Bloom' Is The Perfect Addition To The Queer Community, Or Is It?

Troye Sivan's 'Bloom' was released today and we're feeling the love.

Troye's dedication to his craft is obvious, especially with this amazing journey of a 10 track album that was released today August 31st, 2018!

It's easy to assume that an album has a few highlights that stand out more than the rest, but that's anything but the case with 'Bloom'. Every track on the album has it's own moment to shine and can stand on it's own just as well as it stands surrounded with all the other songs.

One thing that has really struck us when it comes to this album is that his lyrics have an aire of confession within them. He isn't afraid of his own truth and he wants everyone to know what he's about.

While we do enjoy the overall album, there are some moments that really are a bit duller within particular moments that you wouldn't expect, especially with all the hype that has surrounded this particular release. There are some moments we experienced when listening to this album that just made us think, "Oh this again?" Don't get us wrong they seriously are all bops.

With that said, we hope that Sivan grows within his sound and develops it in a way that stands out from the rest. We hope that as an artist he can really take this overall impressive album and turn it into the fuel he needs to create something we haven't heard before.
