One of the biggest upcoming rappers from the SoundCloud days, Lil Xan has spoken out to media and E! News, to express his feelings on the passing of Mac Miller.

It's not easy to express the feelings Lil Xan has had when it comes to literally seeing his hero pass, but he wants to make a statement that's heard by his fans and those who tune into the mainstream to ooh and ahh over the drama in the industry.

When Lil Xan was recently on Adam22's podcast known as No Jumper, her admitted to feeling that this whole situation has been crazy, that he's been crying in his apartment.

Reportedly Lil Xan said, "I want to be clean and sober, but that shit is hard.... I want to get sober now, completely sober, but its so hard. I just want to be off everything. I want to be like a normal person.... if I didn't have a tour coming up I would be in rehab right now."

Lil Xan isn't even sure if he wants to continue music, he would rather just retire after his contract is up.  After everything he has gone through and all the rough drug mentions in his own music, he wants to take his life in a different direction, distancing himself from that kind of scene in the industry.

We can only hope that other artists learn something from this regret filled passing. Mac Miller was one of the greats and his music will live on.
